When Purchased Directly from QuiltCut:

Every item manufactured by QuiltCut is guaranteed to provide you with complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping/Handling cost is not refunded, and the buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Items should be returned to the address below.

One Year Warranty

Products manufactured by QuiltCut are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.  In the unlikely event that you need warranty service, the product will be repaired or replaced without charge.  This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, purchased from QuiltCut or an authorized QuiltCut dealer.  This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, lost parts, improper care, or alteration.
